New Year, New You?
Happy 2017 Y'all!
I'm happy to have 2016 behind me and I know you're probably feeling the same way. There were some positive moments of 2016 though, so I hope you had a chance to reflect on them over the weekend. I also hope you took some time to think about the year to come and what you might want from it.
So new year, new you? I personally believe it's a way better use of time to focus on being the same you, but just add a bit more of the good stuff. You know, the stuff you love doing, the people you love to be around and the community you want to be a part of. These are the things that will keep us grounded and make us better people. Setting unrealistic goals and then feeling bad about not meeting them will not.
If you're feeling some self-improvement vibes, then you might be interested in coaching from me in the new year. You can find out about my dating and sex coaching here. And if you're a woman interested in general health and wellness coaching, you can find me now on Maven. Appointments are super convenient and affordable, so check it out!
Also, if you're in the Bay Area, please join me for Full Blown SEXpression: A Sexy Workshop About Communication on January 17th in San Francisco. I'll be facilitating with two other sex coaches and covering topics like learning your sexual contexts, the basics of touch and consent.
In February I'll be co-hosting an online workshop for women with Lauren Kaneko-Jones of Well in the West. Details to come soon, so check my Workshops & Events page for updates.
